The Rev. Gloria Butler joined Kathy M. Dolata and Timothy Schimmel of Green Bay in holy matrimony on May 21, 2016, at Shepherd by the Lake in Algoma.

Kathy is the daughtr of Viola and Daniel Prevost of Escanaba, Mich., and is a graduate of Escanaba Senior High School in Escanaba, Mich. Timothy is the son of William and Barbara Schimmel and is a graduate of Green Bay East High School.

The best man was the groom’s son, Braxton Schimmel, also of Green Bay, while the maid of honor was the bride’s daughter, Melissa Whituer of Green Bay.

A reception followed at Gerald J. Haegele Lakefront Center in the Algoma Marina District. An exceptional dinner was catered by Chris Wiltfang of Skaliwags, which featured fresh tuna steaks, snapper, chicken, asparagus, corn on the cob, and much more. Music was provided by Dan Martel of DJs Unlimited.

The bridal couple plans to make their home in the Green Bay area.
