Friday, July 15

Kewaunee County Fair:  8;30 a.m. junior and open dairy show, 12:30 p.m., John Hruska Orchestra, 6 p.m. Rebel Grace, 10 p.m. Aaron Tippin, 7 p.m., Tractor Pull, carnival rides and food all day, 625 Third St.,, Luxemburg, $8 all day; after 4 p.m. $15

Saturday, July 16

Kewaunee County Fair: 8:30 a.m. Crown and Dash Run, open class horse show 2:30 p.m., Algoma High School Prep Band, 12:30- 3:30 Deuces Wild, 6-9:15 p.m., The Cougars, 10 p.m., Keith Anderson, 7 p.m., Impact Survival Series at racetrack, 625 Third St., Luxemburg, $8 all day; after 4 p.m. $15.

Used Book Sale: 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 1325 Ellis St., Kewaunee, sponsored by Friends of the Library. 

Parallel 44 Summer Wine Fest Series: noon-5 p.m., N2185 Sleepy Hollow Road, Kewaunee, enjoy wine sampling, vineyard tours, live music and food from local feed vendors, admission is free, visit www.parallel44.com.

Kewaunee High School Alumni Reunion: 2 p.m., Lakehaven Hall, 93 Ellis St., Kewaunee, all Kewaunee High School alumni and faculty are invited.  Beer and food tent operated by Kewaunee Fire Department and music by Spice Band, free admission but donations welcome.

Sunday, July 17

Kewaunee County Fair: 9 a.m. open class speed show, 11:30 a.m. parade, 1 p.m. amateur talent competition, u2 p.m. Kiddie showmanshipi and modified garden tractor pull, 1:30 p.m. Grupo Extremo, 4:30 p.m. Clave Fe, 625 Third St., Luxemburg, admission $7 all day.

Kewaunee County Farmer’s Market: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The Flying Pig, N6945 Wisconsin 42, Algoma, local food and farm products, fruits, produce, fresh eggs, baked bread, jams, jellies and canned good, REN Grill serves organic burgers and brats.

Kewaunee Music in the Park: 5:30-8 p.m., Harbor Park, downtown Kewaunee, Mocking Birds, a variety of 60s to 80s classic and country rock.

Tuesday, July 19

Algoma Optimists:  7 a.m., Caffe Tlazo, 607 Fourth St. Algoma.

Kewaunee Optimists: 7 a.m. , Kunkel’ s Korner Restaurant, 301 Ellis St., Kewaunee.

Tops 36: 9 a.m., Knudson Hall, Community Center, 620 Parkway, Algoma, use the Clark St. entrance, weight loss support group. 

Story Time: 10 a.m. Algoma Public Library, 406 Fremont St, Algoma, children birth to age 5 are invited with their caretakers to read some books that will get the kids moving, free.

Kewaunee Blood Pressure Clinic: 9-11 a.m., Kewaunee County Adminstration Building, 810 Lincoln St, Kewaunee.

Kewaunee Immunization Clinic: 1-4 p.m., ewaunee County Adminstration Building, 810 Lincoln St., Kewaunee, appointment required, call 920-388-7160.

Wednesday, July 20

Algoma Immunization Clinic: 3-6 p.m.,  Algoma Public Library, 406 Fremont St,, Algoma, appointment required, call 920-388-7160.

Thursday, July 21

Little Sprouts Playgroup: 9:30-10:30 a.m., Perry Field Park, Algoma, Bible stories and outdoor fun for you and your Little sprout ages 0-5 with their caregivers (older siblings are welcome.) If inclement weather, St. Paul’s Lutheran School, 1115 Division St., Algoma.

Bike Rodeo/Safety Presentation: 1 p.m., Algoma Public Library, 406 Fremont St, Algoma, Algoma Police Department will teach children the basic skills needed to safely ride their bike, bring your bike.

Luxemburg Music in the Park: 5:30 tailgate, 6-8 p.m., music, Fireman Park, corner of Second and Maple streets, Luxemburg, Blind Ambition, 50s, 60s and 70s music.

Algoma Music in the Park: 6 p.m. opening act, 7 p.m., Blues Disciples, Heritage Park, Lake St, Algoma.

Kewaunee Rotary Club: 11:45 a.m., The Cork, 311 Ellis St., Kewaunee, $11 for lunch and speaker, all are welcome.

Friday, July 22

KHS Classes of 56-58 Summer Reunion: 2:30 p.m., potluck begins, Bob And Carol Augustian, 1319 Fernando Drive, De Pere, golf at Highland Ridge Golf Course beginning at noon, please rsvp to Bob at 920-336-1550 or Arlene at 920-776-1907.

Kewaunee fifth- and sixth-grade football brat fry: 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Piggly Wiggly, 931 Marquette Drive, Kewaunee.

Saturday, July 23

Kewaunee-Door Salmon Tournament: through July 31, thousands of dollars in cash and prizes will be on the line in the Midwest’s most popular Chinook salmon fishing contest, tickets available at Algoma BP, 616 Fourth St., Algoma, Kweaunee Marina, 123 Main St., Kewaunee and Lakeshore Lighthouse, 1614 Center St., Kewaunee,visit wwwkdsalmon.com.

Von Stiehl Winery Cuisine Concert Series: 12:30-4 p.m., 115 Navarino St, Algoma, featuring The Hits, various wine will be matched by cuisine from Skaliwags.

Kewaunee American Legion Post 29 Brat Fry at Kewaunee Marina: 10 a.m.-5 p.m., brats, hamburgers, jumbo hot dogs and pulled pork, proceeds benefit veterans and local community events supported by Post 29.

Sunday, July 24

Kewaunee Music in the Park: 5:30-8 p.m., Harbor Park, downtown Kewaunee, Jeff Stoeger and Shed Dog, local favorites playing a variety of hits.
