Frank’s Tribute and the Allstar Band: 5 p.m., Rio Creek Airport Amphitheater, County K, Rio Creek, food, beer, wine starting at 5 p.m., proceeds go to new aviation career scholarship for Kewaunee County students and to Algoma Optimists scholarships, bring a blanket or lawn chair, no carry-ins please.

Lakehshore Area Vintage Snowmobile Association Show: 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Ellis St. in downtown Kewaunee, vintage snowmobile show, awards at 4 p.m., great food, roast pork dinner 11 a.m. until gone, music by Greatest Hits Polka Band noon-4 p.m. and Adam Trask 6-10 p.m., for more information call 920-255-4367.

Kewaunee Veterans Car Show: 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Ellis St., Kewaunee, more than 125 cars in 22 classes, judged show, registration 9-11 a.m., voting closes at 1 p.m., awards at 3 p.m., $10 fee per vehicle, DJ and raffles, free to public, fund raiser for Kewaunee American Legion Post 29 and VFW Post 3392.

Parallel 44 Summer Wine Fest Series: noon-5 p.m., N2185 Sleepy Hollow Rd., Kewaunee, an afternoon of wine, delicious food, live music, vineyard tours and more, free admission.

Kewaunee County Farmer’s Market: 10 a.m.-3 p.m., the Flying Pig, N6945 Wisconsin 42, Algoma, local food and farm product, fruits, produce, fresh eggs, baked bread, jams, jellies and canned goods, REN Grill serves organic burgers and brats.

Kewaunee Music in the Park: 5:30-8 p.m., Harbor Park in downtown Kewaunee, Bobby Evans band, country and blues.

Tops 36: 9 a.m., Knudson Hall, Community Center, 620 Parkway, Algoma, use the Clark Street entrance, weight loss support group.

Story time: 10-11 a.m., Algoma Public Library 406 Fremont St, Algoma, children birth to age 5 are invited with their caretaker to read some fun books that will get the kids moving, free.

Immunization Clinic: 1-4 p.m., Kewaunee County Public Health Department, 810 Lincoln St., Kewaunee, appointment required, call 920-388-7160.

Flag-Burning Ceremony: 7 p.m., Carlton Town Hall, N1296 Town Hall Road Kewaunee, sponsored by Robinson American Legion Post 538, for more information contact Joe Cherney.

Luxemburg Area Chamber of Commerce Fair Kick-off Dinner: 6 p.m., social, 7 p.m. dinner, Kewaunee County Fairgrounds, 625 Third St., Luxemburg, $12 per person, open to the public, tickets available at Bank of Luxemburg, Luxemburg office, Stodola’s IGA or Nicolet Bank-Luxemburg office, or call Jean at 920-606-0311.

Thursday, July 14

Geocaching: 1-3 p.m., Algoma Public Library, 406 Fremont St., Algoma, learn how to go geocaching and then head out to find a few.  We will return to the library to make and hide our own that others can come find, permission slips required for this event, pick them up at the library or have a parent/guardian fill out the day of the event.

Algoma Music in the Park: 6 p.m., opening act, 7 P.m., Tony Brown and the Landing Crew, Heritage Park, Lake St., Algoma, bring lawn chairs and enjoy this lakeside venue.
