April 3 – Seasoned chicken, twice-baked potato, Capri vegetables, pineapple dessert.
April 4 – Roast pork, fried potatoes, sauerkraut, fruit salad.
April 5 – Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, green-bean casserole, chocolate dessert.
April 6 – Spaghetti and meat sauce, corn, romaine salad, blueberry cream cheese torte.
April 7 – Salmon loaf, baked potato, Scandinavian vegetables, banana bar.
April 10 – Boiled dinner (beef, potatoes, corn, cabbage and onions), bread pudding.
April 11 – Six-cheese lasagna, mixed vegetables, Mandarin oranges, apple square.
