March 20 – Roast beef, potatoes, copper penny carrots, poppyseed dessert.
March 21 – Turkey, twice-baked potatoes, seasoned broccoli, ice cream.
March 22 – Chop suey with rice, asparagus, orange slices, coconut fruit salad.
March 23 – Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, pistachio pudding.
March 24 – Tilapia, Yukon potatoes, vegetable blend, pumpkin dessert.
March 27 – Stuffed veal roll, mashed potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, strawberry dessert.
March 28 – Baked ham, German potato salad, squash, rhubarb custard pie.
