Maedke 50th Anniversary
Wayne and Marilyn (Dhuey) Maedke celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 15.
They were married April 15, 1967. Wayne and Marilyn own and operate a small dairy farm in southern Door County along with their oldest son, Marc. Marilyn also drives school bus for Southern Door Schools. They have four children: Marc, who lives in southern Door County, Mike (Connie), Casco; Shane (Ann), Casco; and Shannon (Brian) Nell, Algoma. They also have six grandchildren.
A celebration of the anniversary with family and friends will take place May 6 at Forestville Town Hall.
