May 1 – Braised liver and onions, mashed potatoes, Capri vegetables, strawberry dessert.
May 2 – Baked ham, German potato salad, squash, rhubarb dessert.
May 3 – Chicken ala king, buttered noodles, garden blend veggies, orange slices, chocolate dessert.
May 4 – Spaghetti with meat sauce, romaine lettuce salad, green beans, cherry dessert.
May 5 – Breaded cod, potato wedges, cole slaw, jello salad.
May 8 – Grilled hamburger on a bun, baked beans, cold potato salad, pineapple bar.
May 9 – Pork chop, potato dumpling, sauerkraut, fruit salad.
May 10 – Meatballs, mashed potatoes, creamed peas with pearl onions, banana cake.
