Weather Warm-ups holds student clothing drive

Collection boxes are now out for the Weather Warm-ups fall and winter clothing drive in Kewaunee County.
The Weather Warm-ups drive is for students in the county who are in need of new or gently used colder-weather clothing items to dress warmly in the colder seasons, such as jackets, hats, sweatshirts and hoodies, and gloves. The clothes go to the Kewaunee County Back-To-School Program, which provides local children with supplies needed for the school year.
The collection boxes are out from Sept. 15 to 30 at Piggly Wiggly, 931 Marquette Drive; Holy Rosary Parish, 521 Juneau St.; and at the Kewaunee School District and High School offices, 915 and 911 Third St.; all in Kewaunee. Also, boxes will be outside the entrances to the high school football field Sept. 22 for its homecoming game against Sturgeon Bay.
