County asks public to take part in land, water survey

KEWAUNEE – The Kewaunee County Land & Water Conservation Department (LWCD) is asking residents to take a short online survey that will help provide ideas and direction regarding the next 10-year plan for land and water resource management.
The survey is meant to assist the department with deciding the greatest environmental concerns in the county along with tools and strategies that could be used to have the best impact on these concerns.
“The concerns of the citizens are very important to setting the LWCD’s goals and objectives for the next 10 years. We want to know where our residents think we need to focus,” said LWCD Director Davina Bonness. “We’d also like to say thank-you to everyone in advance for sharing their input.”
All information collected will be used for planning purposes only. Responses will be complied together and not individually tracked.
