The event will feature a culinary demonstration by Chris Wiltfang of Skaliwags in Algoma as well as beer from Ahnapee Brewery and wine from von Stiehl Winery, Parallel 44 Vineyard and Winery, and Cold Country Vines and Wines, all award-winning local businesses, Brown says.
For food, the event is offering some of the county's best, Brown said. There will be special dishes form S&K's Food and Spirits, Skaliwags, Southern Comfort Restaurant, North Water Bakery and Deli, Steelhead Saloon, Village Kitchen and The Cork Restaurant and Pub. The event will also feature Kewaunee Custard and Grill, LaFond's Fish Market, Burdicks Bar and Grill and the Rendezvous of Luxemburg.
Other special foods will be provided by Kewaunee County Dairy Promotion, Krohn's Dairy Store, Ron's Wisconsin Cheese, Rose's Family Restaurant, Salmon's Meat Products and ZoZo's Kitchen. NorthBrook Country Club and Jana's Bar and Grill will also feature special recipes. Kay Distributing Co., Stodala's IGA, Triangle Distributing and Flanigan Distrbuting will offer their products.
