Boost your brain and memory with ADRC

Posted

KEWAUNEE COUNTY – The ADRC of the Lakeshore’s Dementia Care Specialist will be holding a six-week class called “Boost Your Brain and Memory.” The class will be held every Wednesday, from March 25 through April 29, at the Kewaunee County ADRC office, located at 810 Lincoln St., Kewaunee. Boost Your Brain and Memory meets from 1-2:30 p.m.

This is an instructor-led class with a holistic and evidence-based approach to improving brain health. Throughout the course, participants will learn new habits to help them maintain cognitive health, as well as learn new skills to practice for better memory performance.

Boost Your Brain and Memory is not intended for those with a dementia diagnosis; instead, it is for those who are looking for ways to learn how they can lower their risk of developing dementia in the future.

Registration is required, and attendance at all six classes is highly recommended. The course is free, with a recommended $10 contribution to cover supply costs.

Please call 1-877-416-7083 for more information or to reserve a seat today.
