Cheryl Townsend

Cheryl Ann Townsend, 64, Green Bay, passed away Oct. 12, 2023, at a local hospital. She was born April 2, 1959 in Algoma, WI, daughter to the late Donald and Jo Anne (Kostichka) Lukes. Cheryl graduated from Algoma High School and married David Townsend on July 5, 2000 in Kewaunee. She worked in Environmental Services for St. Mary's Hospital.  

Cheryl enjoyed painting ceramics, crafts, flowers and gardening. 

She is survived by her husband, David; children: Nicole (Tim) Schultz, Amy (Nich) Heyrman, Terry Townsend, Aaron Townsend, Apryle (Adam) Smith and David Townsend; grandchildren: Madison Schultz, Jackson and Jaydon Heyrman, Deanna, David, Aiden, and Havily Townsend, Annabel Cordova, Isabella, Benjamin, Mickal, and Sofia Smith; a brother, Mark Lukes and his children, Mariah and Cole. 

Private family services will be held at a later date.
