NORTHEAST WISCONSIN — Eis Implement, a third-generation, family-owned John Deere dealership in Northeast Wisconsin recently announced that it is being acquired by Riesterer & Schnell.
“This partnership brings together two longstanding leaders in agricultural, residential, and commercial equipment solutions, further strengthening their commitment to customers, employees, and communities,” a release from Eis stated.
“Our focus has always been on treating our customers and employees the way we would want to be treated. This philosophy has built lasting relationships and fostered a loyal and hardworking team. We are confident that Riesterer & Schnell, with their similar values and dedication to Wisconsin communities, is the perfect fit to continue and enhance what we’ve built over the years,” Chris and Jon Eis stated in the release.
Riesterer & Schnell said it is committed to carrying forward Eis Implement’s tradition of excellence while expanding opportunities for growth and innovation.
“We are appreciative of the opportunity to expand our footprint in the Manitowoc and Kewaunee Counties. This is a great opportunity to now work alongside their team to ensure a seamless transition and together offer a high level of customer support,” Riesterer & Schnell CEO Tom Vande Corput said.
“The acquisition marks a significant step forward for both organizations, ensuring that local farmers, landowners, and businesses continue to have access to industry-leading John Deere products and services backed by a legacy of integrity and excellence,” the release added.
