Kewaunee netters edge Wolves, 3-2

Algoma won the first two sets but the Storm came back to win the next three for a Packerland Conference volleyball match win at Fulwiler Fieldhouse last Thursday.

After losing the first two, 14-25 and 20-25, Kewaunee came back with 25-11, 25-18 and 15-11 wins. Jade Kroll was a big part of that, recording 16 kills at the net and two aces. Braelyn Chevalier had five aces, and Ali Obry three blocks.

The Wolves got 10 blocks and four kills from Therese Gerdmann; five kills, 29 digs and 30 receptions from Jadyn Nellis; five kills and five aces from Natalie Ray; nine assists and five aces from Mackenzie Lishcka; nine assists, two kills and an ace from Ella Severinsen and 21 digs and 41 receptions from Eva Liu.
