Who introduced you to your sport(s)?
My family and friends have always been sports orientated, all of them have played a part.
What is your favorite sport?
Football.
How has balancing academics and athletics been different for you from your freshman year to your senior year?
For me, it doesn’t feel any different. It’s just gotten easier as I’ve gotten better with time management and discipline.
What is your favorite part about your sport(s)? What about it has caused you to stick with it for this long?
The competitiveness in sports and the relationship I’ve built with my teammates and coaches.
Is there a professional athlete you look up to? If so, who?
What would you say is your biggest asset on the court?
My leadership is my biggest asset.
How does it feel as a senior, to look back throughout high school and see your growth (as a person and athlete)?
It’s super rewarding.
Do you have any pre-game rituals/routines/superstitions?
I pray before warming up or during the national anthem. I also like to sleep on the way if it’s an away game.
Do you take any extra steps to prepare for a big game, outside of regular training?
Watching extra film and making sure I’m prepared mentally.
What has been your favorite experience with being a senior this year?
Any memorable coaches or teammates you’d like to give a shout out to?
Every coach and teammate I’ve had has had an impact on me not only as an athlete but also as a person. It would be disrespectful if I only listed a few.
Any hobbies outside of sports?
I play the drums and I enjoy playing video games.
Favorite food?
Tater tot casserole.
Future plans? (college, major, career, etc.)
I plan on going to University of Green Bay-Wisconsin to pursue their nursing program.
