My family.

Basketball.

How has balancing academics and athletics been different for you from your freshman year to your senior year?

I have taken a lot more challenging classes as high school went on so balancing sports and academics was a struggle, but I managed my time well and did well in all my classes.

What is your favorite part about your sport(s)? What about it has caused you to stick with it for this long?
My favorite part about every sport that I play is my teammates. They are my best friends and I have created such amazing memories with them. I have so many childhood memories at tournaments and hotels from playing basketball since we were so little. It was truly amazing and the best childhood.

Making it to the Section Finals game my senior year of basketball with my best friends.

How does it feel as a senior, to look back throughout high school and see your growth (as a person and athlete)?

It feels amazing that not only have I got better as an athlete, but my team always gets better every season.

Do you have any pre-game rituals/routines/superstitions?
During playoffs for basketball the whole team would go to Village Kitchen before every single game for breakfast, even before school.

What has been your favorite experience with being a senior this year?
Playing one last season with my best friends.

Any memorable coaches or teammates you’d like to give a shout out to?
Coach Geier for sticking out these last four years with my class and Coach Heim for believing in us since 3rd grade.

Any hobbies outside of sports?
I show swine at the Kewaunee County Fair, Wisconsin State Fair and other local shows.

Favorite food?

Chocolate chip cookies.

Future plans? (college, major, career, etc.)
I plan to attend NWTC for hospitality and event management.
