You were a captain for the Spartans this year. How did it feel to be given that distinction?
It was a great honor to be a leader on the field for our team since we had a very young team.
Do you play any other sports?
Basketball and cross country
Your older sister played for L-C. Are the two of you competitive with each other? Have you settled the question of who is the better soccer player?
My sister’s name is Alexis Paye. Yes, we are very competitive. I am since I have been playing soccer longer, and I’m more aggressive on the game than she was.
You’re going to NWTC next year to study design. How do you plan to stay active during your college years?
Playing intermurals, going for runs, and working out.
How long have you been playing soccer?
Since I was four years old
Did you ever go through a phase where you called it football?
No every once in a while I call it football
At what point did you get comfortable with all the running it takes to be a successful soccer player?
I have been running cross country since 6th grade and this has helped me stay in shape.
Do you have a favorite soccer movie?
Bend it Like Beckham
You seem to play an extremely physical brand of soccer. Have you ever considered rugby?
No, I have never considered rugby.
