At what age did you start playing your main sport?

I started playing basketball in second grade.

Who introduced you to the sport?

My brother, Max, introduced me to basketball. I would always love to go watch him play and wanted to play basketball like him one day.

Has this always been your favorite sport?

Yes, I have always had a deep love for basketball.

How has balancing academics and athletics been different for you from your freshman year to your senior year?

It has never been too challenging, all about time management and using your time wisely.

What is your favorite part about this sport?

Playing with my team on game days and having everyone there to support us and cheer us on.

What about it has caused you to stick with it for this long?

My teammates for sure! Every sport I have played in has brought me some of my closest and best friends.

Is there a professional athlete you look up to? If so, why?

I do look up to Caityln Clark. I love how she never gives up even through rough times and how hard she works for her goals and how she stays humble throughout the whole thing.

What would you say is your biggest asset on the field/track?

I would say my biggest asset is my reliability and my accountability. I am always willing to do what is best for my team and I will always hold myself accountable for the standards that are set.

What has been your most memorable experience in high school sports so far?

Being co-conference champs my junior year in basketball.

How does it feel as a senior, to look back throughout high school and see your growth?

It is hard to believe that senior year is already here, I am proud of the person and athlete I have become through these years and it is all thanks to my teammates and coaches, without them I would not be where I am today. I am beyond grateful for every teammate and all my coaches.

Do you have any pre-match rituals/routines/superstitions?

I alway drink a Bublr’ before every game and always do the same thing with my hair.

Do you take any extra steps to prepare for a big match/game/meet, outside of regular practices?

I always find time to watch film before our next game and always get in the right mindset for the game.

Any memorable coaches or teammates you’d like to give a shout out to?

I would like to shout out to all my teammates for always being there for me and to all my coaches for never giving up on me and pushing me to always give 110%.

Any hobbies outside of sports?

Shopping and hanging with friends and family.

Favorite song?

My favorite song seems to change quite often but my favorite song to listen to before a game is Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield.

Sports drinks like Gatorade and Powerade or water?

I usually drink a yellow Gatorade while playing along with my ice-cold water.
