College honors

•Kathryn Bartel, Amanda Bultman, Rachel Dax, Austin Kassner, Michelle Kielpikowski, Kewaunee; and Elizabeth Daming, Alyssa Phillips, Joshua Vandenhouten, Luxemburg, are among the students named to the 2016 fall semester dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

•Joshua Vandenhouten, a graduate of Luxemburg-Casco High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Mich. His parents are Judith Vandenhouten and David Vandenhouten.

•Malaki Wessel, Luxemburg, was named to the 2016 fall semester dean’s list at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa.

•Karissa Koss, Karli Reimer, Tyler Schiesser, Katie Teske, Lars VanAlstine, Algoma; Rachel Kinnard, Casco; Ryan McCambridge, Garrett Schaetz, Joshua Voelker, Kewaunee; and Dana Derenne, Riley Hall, Marissa Loberger, Luxemburg, earned academic honors for the 2016 fall semester at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

•Harold Iwen, Algoma, was named to the 2016 fall semester dean’s list at University of Minnesota Duluth.

•Allison Byrne, Luxemburg, was recently named to Lakeland University dean’s list for the academic achievement for the 2016 fall semester. Her parents are Rob and Sherry Byrne.

•In December, Lisa Hickman, Kewaunee, earned a master’s degree in career and technical education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

•Kaitlyn Stoller, Algoma; and Allison Byrne, Zachary Kline, Luxemburg, were honored for academic achievement during the 2016 fall semester at Lakeland University, Sheboygan.

•Bethany Johnson, Algoma, Cody Diener, Kewaunee, Jessica Jadin, Dean McGuire, Nicole Stock, Luxemburg; were named to the 2016 fall semester dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
