April 10 – Boiled dinner (beef, potatoes, corn, cabbage and onions), bread pudding.
April 11 – Six-cheese lasagna, mixed vegetables, Mandarin oranges, apple square.
April 12 – Beef tips in gravy, mashed potatoes, baby carrots, cherry pie.
April 13 – Swiss steak, potato casserole, Oriental vegetables, orange sherbet.
April 14 – Closed (Good Friday)
April 17 – Meatballs, fried potatoes, peas, cookie.
April 18 – Chicken Alfredo, vegetable blend, orange slices, raspberry jelly roll.
