Algoma's newest mural was a joint venture between Isabella Rodriguez Toro of Cottage Grove and her sister-in-law, Karina Rodriguez Toro. The large painting was done for Karina's grandmother, Tina Marie, on the west side of Tina Marie's Boutique, 625 4th Street.
