May 8 – Grilled hamburger on a bun, baked beans, cold potato salad, pineapple bar.
May 9 – Pork chop, potato dumpling, sauerkraut, fruit salad.
May 10 – Meatballs, mashed potatoes, creamed peas with pearl onions, banana cake.
May 11 – Roast beef, bakes potato, Brussels sprouts, pistachio torte.
May 12 – Italian vegetable soup, egg salad on a croissant, Mandarin orange, butterscotch torte.
May 15 – BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes, vegetable blend, blueberry bread pudding.
